Priory Parent's Association (PPA) is an organisation of which every parent of a Priory child is automatically a member.
It is run by a committee of parents who organise social and fundraising events for the benefit of the school.
The Association was formed in 1994 and since then has raised over £90,000 for Priory School.
This money has been spent on all sorts of things.IT equipment, musical instruments, playground facilities,
paths, benches, digital video camera, sporting equipment, library furniture, special needs equipment and lots more.
We arrange several events throughout the year and a PPA newsletter is sent to all Priory families at least
once a term to keep parents up to date.
In recent years, the PPA funded the cost for a new children's cookery room , refurbishment of the school gym, replacement of broken windows and a damaged roof.
PPA Mission
Our aim is to use this website to keep parents (that's right YOU) informed of all school news , events and any other exciting projects that the PPA will be undertaking. The site is maintained by the school's PPA committee.
The PPA is committed and dedicated to supporting the success of Priory School.
Our main objective is to foster interaction between parents and teachers and to promote the well-being of the school.
This is achieved by organising social events and fundraising. All proceeds raised from these events are used to
fund a major project or to buy new equipment for the school.
